We have done some forward testing on 4.06 and so far so good. The graph below shows a 2 months backtest using $1000 account. Of course no guarantees in the future but due to high profit seeking mechanism, most floating trades are made up for. We will make this version available this weekend and all you have to do is copy the files to your mt4 directory while it is not running, load the new template and set the Hour Shift if necessary.
